The Fourth China International Supply Chain Expo Entry Notice

To ensure a safe, orderly environment and a positive visitor experience, please note the following entry requirements.

I. General Procedures

Admission is subject to real-name reservation, credential review, identity verification, and security check. All visitors must complete reservation and verification via official channels in advance. Entry is granted only after on-site ID verification and security screening.

II. Age Policy

1. The Expo is a professional supply chain event and is open only to visitors aged 12 and above.

2. Visitors aged 12 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times, who assumes all related responsibilities.

III. Denial of Entry

To maintain order and safety, entry will be denied to individuals in the following circumstances:

1. Those whose reservation information has not been approved.

2. Those with inappropriate appearance (e.g., revealing clothing, bare chests, or attire with indecent or offensive prints/texts).

3. Those behaving abnormally (e.g., disruptive behavior, evading checks, refusing basic inquiries, or being intoxicated).

4. Others deemed unfit for entry, including persons with pets (except certified guide or service dogs) or those legally prohibited from entering large public venues.

IV. On-Site Violations

For any of the following violations, the organizer may expel the offender from the venue or refer the matter to authorities for legal action:

1. Scalping passes, booths, or entry credentials.

2. Forced selling, soliciting, or unauthorized distribution of commercial materials.

3. Harassing exhibitors or visitors, or disrupting normal activities.

4. Engaging in commercial activities in booths or aisles without proper exhibitor status.

5. Any other violation of exhibition rules or disruption of order.

This notice is subject to interpretation by the Security Team of the China International Supply Chain Expo.
